Registration Policy:

1. Registrations must be received by the deadline as advertised.
2. Registrations must reference a valid purchase order number from their employer or be prepaid by check or credit card.
3. Individuals who show up without being pre-registered may be subject to an administrative fee.
4. Confirmation of registration is sent by email upon successful completion of on line registration.
5. MMSA reserves the right to require a participant to pre-pay the registration fee.
6. All fees associated with registrations remain the responsibility of the school or agency that issued the purchase order.

Cancellation Policy for Prepaid Registrations:

1. Cancellations within one week but before 2 days in advance of the event will be subject to a minimum administrative fee of $10 and a maximum fee of $50.
2. Refunds for half the registration fee will be given for cancellations received 2 days or less before the event.
3. If a refund is to be issued, it will be for the registration fee less the cancellation fee.
4. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
5. No-shows due to emergencies do not qualify for a full refund unless documented communication with the MMSA is made on the day of the event.
6. The MMSA will not attempt collection from a participant who is registered under a valid purchase order.  The school or other agency issuing the purchase order assumes full responsibility.

Cancellation Policy for Non Prepaid Registrations:

1. Cancellations within one week but before 2 days in advance of the event will be subject to a minimum administrative fee of $10 and a maximum fee of $50.
2. MMSA will invoice for half the registration fee if cancellations are received 2 days or less before the event.
3. MMSA will invoice for full registration fee for no shows.
4. No-shows due to emergencies will be invoiced in full unless documented communication with the MMSA is made on or before the day of the event.
5. MMSA will invoice against the purchase order/registration form for the value of the cancellation fee and/or the full registration fee in the event of a no-show.
6. The MMSA will not attempt collection from a participant who is registered under a valid purchase order.  The school or other agency issuing the purchase order assumes full responsibility.
